1. Why is an in-person consultation necessary?

In addition to better understanding your needs and providing options, your hair colorist needs to assess the color, condition, texture, and strength of your hair. This also helps your colorist estimate how long your service will take, ensuring an appropriate amount of time is scheduled.

2. How long does a hair color appointment take?

The time varies depending on the complexity of the color, but on average, a full hair color appointment can take 1.5 to 3 hours.

3. Will hair coloring damage my hair?

 Our expert colorists use high-quality products and techniques tominimize damage and maintain hair health. We also offer treatments to help protect and nourish your hair post-coloring.

4. How do I choose the right hair color for my skin                tone?

Our stylists listen to your needs, and assess your skin tone and eye color to recommend shades that will complement your features, ensuring you’ll have options to achieve a look you'll love.

5. What if I’ve tried doing color at home or have gone to another salon and I’m not happy with the result?

In most cases, we can fix it. Color correction is a process that fixes hair color mistakes or drastically changes your color. This is usually a multi-step process that may require more than one session.

6. How long does a color correction take?

Color correction can take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours depending on the severity of the color issue and desired outcome.

7. What are some of the types of options you have for      highlights?

Balayage (pronounced BAH-LEE-AHGE) is a technique of free-hand painting highlights onto the hair, creating a soft and natural gradation of lightness towards the ends.

Hair foiling is the process of using foil to section off parts of your hair for highlighting.The process and foil ensures that the color remains consistent throughout the hair strand in the sections applied. Multiple colors can be used in this process.
